——————————————————-
OLD CAZ ROAD + GRAVEL
This route winds us up and over Green Valley Rd. with a short stint on Pocket Canyon Hwy. We'll jump off at Mays Canyon Rd. where we get to crest the hill at the idyllic Porter Bass Biodynamic vineyard and winery, a multi-generational family farm and operation. Then we'll descend through the redwoods and pines down to Guerneville (grab snack or coffee if you please) and head West on River Rd. for just a short mile to Old Caz Rd. From there we'll head Northwest along the the creek and up to the peak where we reach the soul expanding unspoiled majesty of the Wildwood Conservancy. This is where the road ends and the gravel begins all the way down to the creek and up to Cazaero.

ROAD ONLY OPTION
For those who aren't comfy on gravel or have super road race oriented bikes choose the road route which takes you down and around to Old Monte Rio Rd. (a special treat to be sure) and back the BoHo (Bohemian) Hwy direction to Occidental. Gravelers can snack in Caz after the gravel segment and then carry on to Austen Creek and if they feel called, up Magic Mountain before bouncing back to BoHo Hwy and Occidental from Moscow Rd. If returning to Green Valley with riders, why not go UP Morelli Lane?! Less cars, but lots of climb and beauty!
